Return Policy

We realise that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing. Before your dress is shipped, it will be minutely inspected to ensure that there are no flaws. We must be contacted within 5 days of delivery for you to be eligible for a return (shipping charges will apply). At our discretion, we will accept returns on wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations). A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
